Bailey's Bottom Line on FAQs: The same five questions, every time. Here they are, answered properly, so we can all move on with our lives.

How long will my order take?

Apparel (tees, hoodies, caps, stickers, dog tags) is made to order — usually 5–12 business days total from order to delivery in Canada or the US. Some dog accessories ship separately from international warehouses and can take 10–20 business days; those are always labelled clearly on the product page. Full details on our Shipping page.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. Different products are made at different facilities, so a mixed order may arrive in more than one box, sometimes a few days apart. You'll get tracking for each shipment — nothing is missing if this happens.

What size should I order?

Check the size chart on the product page before ordering — apparel is made to order, so we can't accept returns for a sizing choice once it's in production. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes, if it arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — email us a photo and your order number within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or refund, no need to ship anything back. Sizing mistakes and change-of-mind aren't eligible since everything is made to order. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

Do you ship outside Canada and the US?

Not yet — currently Canada and the United States only. If that changes, this page (and our Shipping policy) will be updated first.

Will I get charged extra fees at delivery in the US?

You shouldn't — duties and taxes are handled up front for US orders. If you're ever asked to pay an unexpected fee at delivery, contact us before paying and we'll sort it out.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Email us right away at hello@lablifeshop.com — if production hasn't started yet, we can usually fix an address, size, or personalization typo. Once an item is in production, changes usually aren't possible.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but they're on the way — check back soon.
